Cortez Lee

Cortez Lee is a physical education teacher at White Hall High School as well as the head track coach, high school running back and secondary football coach. Coach Lee has taught for seventeen years, and been a part of the White Hall School District for two. Prior to his time with White Hall, Coach Lee taught and coached for the Dollarway School District. There his team had a 51-game winning streak as well as earned 3 championship titles. For college, he attended the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith where he received an Associate’s degree, Oklahoma State where he majored in physical education and history, and the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff where he earned his Master’s in education. Throughout high school, Coach Lee participated in football, baseball, basketball, and track lettering in each sport. Lee describes his coaching style as flexible stating, “if my players work hard, they’ll be successful.” His proudest moment every year is watching all his students walk across the graduation stage.
